The goal of this project was to identify and share information about how navigators can improve access to federal programs and services.
A navigator is a person who helps you access programs and services. They can help you understand what programs and services are available. A navigator can help you make informed choices. They can help you apply for programs and services that you want.
The project outcomes include a jurisdictional scan and showcases of five organizations in Canada that offer navigation services to people with disabilities. These showcases highlight best practices and identify limitations.
